WAR RULES
W1) Starting a war
Wars can only be started by the leader of a faction. There needs to be a proper reason for the war. You can't start a war just because of e.g. a car incident.
W2) Ending a war
Wars can only be terminated if the two leaders agree, or an administrator believes too many rules have been broken - if this is the case, both sides lose.
W3) Attacking a faction
When attacking a faction, you must wait atleast 5 minutes between waves. This is to avoid SK reports.
When attacking another faction, you may not camp their spawn point for more than 5 minutes.
You are not allowed to camp other gunshops than your own for more than 5 minutes.

60-90 Minutes adminjail
W4) Terms in wars
When in war, the terms must be obeyed and agreed to by both sides.
When in war, no allies are accepted unless the terms involve allies.
The terms can't be changed during the war.
W5) Do not use alt accounts in wars.
It is strictly forbidden to use an alternate account of yours during a war. If you are caught playing for a faction while it is warring, you will be punished. An "alt" account is any account below the level of your highest-level account; You cannot declare a random account as your "main" account.
Punishments:
1 month account ban on all your accounts
W6) Civilians are not allowed to be involved in official wars.
Civilians are not allowed to participate in official wars. Only members of the involved families may participate.
Punishments:
60 Minutes adminjail
or 12-24 hour account ban
W7) Do not mass-invite for wars.
Do not go around recruiting a bunch of new members right before your faction goes to war. Unofficial group allies may only join a faction for war if it's agreed on by both warring factions in the war terms. You may NOT leave your current faction to help another faction with war then join back after the war is over.
W8) Do not heal during a wave.
If you were attacked by the enemy faction in a wave and you ran away, you are not permitted to heal yourself until a full wave time has passed (e.g. 5 minute waves = 5 minutes before you can heal) or the wave has been announced over by an admin.
Punishments:
60-90 minutes adminjail
W9) Do not join in on a wave after you have died.
If you were killed alone by the enemy when your faction is grouped up somewhere else, the wave is still on. You may not join back with your faction to participate in the wave, you must wait until a new wave starts.
Punishments:
90-120 minutes adminjail
W10) Use reserved faction skins at all times
When in war, you must use the reserved faction skin(s) at all times.
Using skins with altered hitboxes are disallowed. E.g. hobo skins.
W11) Alliances During War
If it is decided that alliances are kept out of the war, to e.g. avoid alliances aiding their friends with materials, the warring factions can not help allied mafias with other tasks either.
Basically, if you are at war - you are at war. You can not help other factions with runs, robberies, capturing kidnapped members or the liking.
If it is decided that alliances are a part of the war, you can obviously assist your allies in the war.
However, you still may not assist other factions that are not in the war, despite being in an alliance with them.
If you're at war, you're at war. If you aren't at war, then you aren't at war.
